Requirements: you must make at least 2 layouts for me to display from each free kit you receive, you must also post the layouts in at least 3 galleries crediting me for the kit and you must also display your CT member blinkie in your forum siggy’s and on your blog if you have one! I prefer the divine digitals forum as one in my section but its not required. Commercial use items are excluded from this.
