Well for one I have lost 7 pounds this week… I weighed my self on Sunday and I was 185, yesterday I weighed and I was 181 and today I weighed and I am 178… my firs goal is 10lbs so only 3 more to go and I have met my 1st goal!!! My ultimate goal is to get down to about 120… but thats a long way off so I have set small goals for myself so I can feel good each time I acomplish them and so it keeps me motivated since I feel like I am making progress and acomplishing my goal!
I also have decided to become a xx member and I am so excited!
