
Well for one I have lost 7 pounds this week… I weighed my self on Sunday and I was 185, yesterday I weighed and I was 181 and today I weighed and I am 178… my firs goal is 10lbs so only 3 more to go and I have met my 1st goal!!! My ultimate goal is to get down to about 120… but thats a long way off so I have set small goals for myself so I can feel good each time I acomplish them and so it keeps me motivated since I feel like I am making progress and acomplishing my goal!
I also have decided to become a xx member and I am so excited!
The appointment went well, I have to go and basically have dye into my uterus and filopian tubs as well as overies and then be x-rayed to check and make sure everything looks good to even hold a pregnancy… Its supposed to be some what painful… sigh… I am going to do it but i get so nurvous and freaked out when i her that things will hurt… Johnny has to get his “stuff” analised just because its good to rule that out as a problem and make sure everything on his side is working.
Also I sugessted losing weight and she said definetly and I need to go on a strick no sugar or flour diet… thats going to be oh so fun lol i can pretty much eat anything that grows in my yard but anything else… i dont think so. No I am kidding I can have chicken and unbreaded fish and I need to excersice at least 1 hour per day. She also said I should look into yoga, which is funny because I have been saying I am going to take a yoga class forever now. So I am thinking that next month I may actually do it. I just hope I can lose weight and keep up with my diet! This is important to Johnny and I and we both feel ready for a baby. I am really hoping to lose about 25 - 30 pounds before getting pregnant… however my weight loss goal for the moment is 10lbs…
